The Martyr’s Friends

Thomas Westcott is running from the secret police. He’s had to change his name, his appearance, as well as start a new life, and it wasn’t even his fault. His parents' faith in God got them arrested and now the police are after their son, and he’s not even a believer. On the run with only his parents' friends to help him, Thomas is forced to face the God he’s run from all his life and decide once and for all what to do with his life.

Grace Collins had endured much heartache in her young life. After the tyrannical government’s relentless persecution against the followers of Jesus had resulted in the deaths of both of her parents, Grace eventually chose to follow Christ as well. She felt the strong call on her life to do what she could to relieve the sufferings of others during these hard and difficult times so she joined the Christian Underground.

Oliver J. Meeks was raised in a Christian home but darkness seemed to follow him. His older brother, a committed follower of Jesus had died a martyr’s death saving his family and others and that guilt weighed heavily on O.J. Even after Oliver became a true follower of Jesus he constantly felt the need to prove that he was as good as his brother and worth his brother’s sacrifice. Being a part of the Christian underground and working to foil the godless plots of the wicked government only fueled O.J.’s desire to prove his worth.

As Oliver and his team discover that Christians are being arrested but are mysteriously disappearing, O.J. and his friends find themselves being pulled deeper into a very dangerous mystery that threatens to destroy everything and everyone they care for.
